Check your order status
If you have created an account at our page you can check your order status warcrygaming.com/account. If you don’t have an account yet, simply create one (use the same link). Make sure to use the same email address that you are receiving your order confirmations on.
Check your email
After your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code to track your order. Didn’t receive an email or is the tracking code not working? Please send us an email at help@warcrygaming.com. Also check your spam folder to make sure our emails are not being blocked.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY
European Union shipping cost – Order above €90 – FREE DELIVERY
European Union shipping cost – Orders from €0 – €89.99 - Cost €8.90
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International Shipping cost is €19
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on non-business days will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday till Friday.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.
We do not have a reship policy. We do assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
